Lamborghini stays in World GT1

Lamborghini will continue to be represented in the FIA GT1 World Championship this year, with Reiter Engineering running cars in the series. Hans Reiter's squad, which has run Lamborghinis in various championships over the past decade, will field a pair of Gallardo LP600+ machines in the series, which is switching from GT1 to GT3 machinery for the coming season. Reiter said championship boss Stephane Ratel's work to guarantee races in Asia and Russia was instrumental in his decision to compete.
