Ford team boss praises Solberg

Ford team principal Malcolm Wilson has praised his driver Petter Solberg's efforts in delivering a Monte Carlo Rally podium on the Norwegian's debut in a Fiesta RS WRC. Solberg returned to Ford during the closed season, coming back for the first time since he left for Subaru almost 12 years ago. Wilson said Solberg's performance and world champion pedigree shone through, despite limited testing ahead of the opening World Rally Championship round of the season.
