Sepang fined over Moto2 crashes

Malaysian Grand Prix organisers have been fined over an incident in Moto2 practice today that sidelined championship contender Marc Marquez and left Bradley Smith with a fractured collarbone and chest contusion. Both riders, along with Jules Cluzel, had violent falls at Turn 10 right at the start of practice two. Marquez escaped serious injury, but opted to miss the afternoon session to rest and recover
